Shipping Information:
Orders placed before 5pm EST usually ship the same day, however processing can take up to 3-5 business days. The shipping method you select has nothing to do with how quickly your order is processed; it will only determine how soon you will receive your products once they are shipped. Special order colors and sizes can take 4 to 6 weeks.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We have a 30 day return policy. Items must be unused! If you are unhappy with any of our products contact our Customer Service Dept. within 30 days of your order for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving returned merchandise.
